At Oceanic Rent a Car, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible refund policy to ensure your experience with us is as comfortable as possible. Below, our refund conditions are detailed:
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation More Than One Week in Advance: If you cancel your reservation more than one week before the scheduled start date of the rental, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation Between One Week and One Day Before the Reservation: If your cancellation occurs between one week and the day before the scheduled start date of the rental, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation on the Same Day of the Reservation: We regret to inform you that if the cancellation is made on the same day as the scheduled start date of the rental, we cannot offer any refund.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide the details and personal information associated with your reservation.
- Indicate the reason for the cancellation.
Once your request is received, our team will process your refund according to the conditions mentioned above. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original reservation. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and the issuing bank.
Exceptions
Oceanic Rent a Car reserves the right to modify these conditions in exceptional cases and at its discretion. Any modification to our refund policy will be clearly communicated on our website and through our customer service channels.
